The Irving Nature Park is a 600-acre site created and maintained by J.D. Irving Limited (JDI) to help protect an environmentally significant area. This special part of the Fundy Coast, minutes from a major urban centre, is now a place where the public can enjoy and experience the various ecosystems of Southern New Brunswick’s coastline. Offering 11km of rugged Bay of Fundy coastline, footbridges, a boardwalk extending 300 meters onto a marsh, and eight scenic hiking trails that take you through a bog, tidal pools, one of the largest salt marshes on the Bay of Fundy’s north shore, Acadian forest, a kilometer long barrier beach, and mudflats, the Irving Nature Park provides trail runners with some of the best backdrops and terrain that this province has to offer!
