The Routes

The Rompin' Rockwood has three fun distances to choose from: 10km, 25km, and 50km (2 loops of the 25km). Each distance will feature primarily technical single tracks trail with some crushed gravel, and very little pavement. Although there are no huge climbs, it is rarely flat, and your legs will feel the technicality of the trails.

Race headquarters (aka, start/finish) is at the the old canteen in Fisher Lake, roughly 300m from the Fisher Lake parking lot.

The area features a beautiful lake, beach, lots of lawn space, and a kids park. There will be porta-poties available to runners.
