About the event

SJTR features the only Canadian screening of the film, 'The Cutoff' The Cutoff is a feature-length documentary set inside Cocodona 250, a 250 mile ultramarathon across Arizona, where time, not distance, is the race’s most unforgiving opponent.

Following a group of underdog runners, the film focuses on those fighting exhaustion, injury, and doubt as they race each checkpoint before the clock runs out. As the finish line looms for some and disappears for others, The Cutoff reveals what it means to keep moving when the odds, and time itself, are stacked against you.

Only 50 tickets available. The film will start at 4:00pm sharp, so come early and grab a beverage and/or snack.

A film by Dylan Harris of SOMO Collective  & edited by Brooks Upham.
